East Side Development Area Sanitary Servicing Schedule C Municipal Class Environmental Assessment

The Municipality of Central Elgin is undertaking a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) to investigate options for sanitary servicing of the East Side Development Area (ESDA). The study is being undertaken in accordance with Schedule C projects, as outlined in the Municipal Engineers Association Municipal Class Environmental Assessment document (2000, as amended in 2007, 2011, and 2015), which is approved under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act.
