Community Services Master Plan
The Municipality of Central Elgin is developing a Community Services Master Plan (CSMP) to help guide the future of our recreational spaces and services. The Community Services Master Plan will provide a comprehensive strategy to address both current and future community needs over the next five years.
All areas of community recreation will be included in the CSMP, including:
Parks and open spaces
Trails
Indoor recreation facilities and services (e.g., community centres, arenas)
Outdoor recreation facilities and services (e.g., playgrounds, sports fields)
Beaches, harbours, and waterfronts
The CSMP aims to identify strategies to support high-quality service delivery and reinforce an active, connected, and vibrant community in Central Elgin.
