Why is this study so important?

Shannon Zylstra Asked 7 months ago

Since amalgamation, in 1998, Central Elgin has grown significantly. Some ward areas have grown above the average ward population. Central Elgin residents, as well as staff, and Council, were concerned that the value of a residents vote may not be equal across all wards if this trend continued.
