Is care being taken to ensure the large sycamore tree just to the South of the site is not being negatively damaged?

The contractor has placed silt fence along the road, which is also near the trees on the south side. This will be the only construction work near the trees and the contractor is aware of the tree locations. The trees, including the large sycamore tree, will not interfere with the required work and will not be intentionally damaged.
